Platform Scope

AFRICONNECT is a marketplace platform connecting travelers and operators. Operators are independent providers and remain responsible for service delivery, safety, and legal compliance.

Account and Booking Rules

Users must provide accurate account data and follow booking, communication, and payment rules. All platform-originating bookings must be processed through AFRICONNECT.

Payments, Cancellations, and Reviews

Traveler-facing platform fee and operator commission rules apply per current policy. Cancellations, refunds, and dispute outcomes are governed by the dedicated policy pages linked below.

Prohibited Conduct

Fraud, harassment, illegal activity, and payment bypass attempts are prohibited and can result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.

Liability and Disclaimers

AFRICONNECT provides marketplace infrastructure and dispute workflows. Operators remain liable for services, quality outcomes, and safety incidents arising from their activities.
