Traveler Cancellations

Refunds depend on how far in advance cancellation occurs. Platform fee is generally non-refundable except in specific exception cases (for example, operator no-show or approved force majeure).

Business Cancellations

Operator cancellations trigger traveler refunds and graduated operator penalties depending on timeline. Repeated cancellations can lead to suspension or removal.

Special Circumstances

Force majeure and documented medical emergencies are reviewed case-by-case and may qualify for expanded refund treatment.

Disputes and Processing

Refund processing generally takes 7-10 business days after approval. Cancellation disputes should be submitted with booking reference and evidence.
