Travelers should report quality concerns within 48 hours of activity completion and include evidence (photos, messages, booking details, and relevant documentation).

Investigation and Outcomes

AFRICONNECT reviews both sides and may issue no action, partial refund, full refund, warning, or account enforcement based on evidence and policy standards.

Operator Responsibilities

Operators must maintain accurate listings, professional service standards, safety readiness, and timely communication to prevent quality failures.
