Business Agreement

1) Acceptance

By creating a business account and listing on AFRICONNECT, you agree to this Business Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Cancellation Policy, and applicable law.

2) Eligibility and Verification

Operators must be legally authorized, provide valid registration and ID documentation, and maintain required licenses and compliance in their jurisdiction.

3) Listing Standards

Listings must be accurate, honest, and current. Misleading content, fake media, plagiarized text, and off-platform payment solicitation are prohibited.

4) Commission and Payouts

Standard commission is 20% of completed activity value. AFRICONNECT applies a visible 5% traveler platform fee. Payouts generally process 48 hours after completion unless disputes are open.

5) Zero-Tolerance Off-Platform Payments

Requesting or accepting off-platform payment for platform-originated bookings is strictly prohibited and can result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.

6) Safety, Quality, Liability, and Disputes

Operators are fully responsible for service delivery, safety standards, and legal compliance. AFRICONNECT acts as a marketplace intermediary and dispute-resolution facilitator.
