Core Liability Rule
Operators are fully liable for safety incidents during their activities. AFRICONNECT is a marketplace platform and not the activity operator.
Incident Reporting
Safety incidents must be reported promptly with full details and supporting documentation. Serious cases may trigger immediate suspension pending investigation.
Investigation Outcomes
Outcomes include no-action closure, corrective action plans, temporary suspension, or permanent removal depending on severity and preventability.
Insurance and Preparedness
Operators are expected to maintain suitable insurance, emergency protocols, trained staff, and compliant safety equipment according to activity risk level.
